What we've done: May 19th, 2010

- Andy Horbal compiles a useful list of Cannes coverage. Matt Noller is notably included. (His Day Seven coverage is also up.)

- Simon Abrams breaks down all you should know about this year's New York Asian Film Fest.

- Dennis Cozzalio responds to a Vadim Rizov piece on repertory cinema and highlights some interesting Universal B-westerns in the process. (I've meant to see No Name on the Bullet since taping it off AMC - and promptly losing the tape - in freakin' high school.) He also directs your attention to a fun little quiz.

- Jim Emerson gets busy: He posts Jafar Panahi's gut-wrenching prison letter, excerpts an interview where Jean-Luc Godard proposes an entirely unique distribution model for his critic-baffling new work Film Socialisme and then pores over the fervent critical reaction to said film. And he also posts this video just because he can, dammit.

- Craig Kennedy sounds off to some new fans. Then he posts a new motion-poster for a film those new fans probably aren't allowed to see.

- Jason Alley is all about The Human Centipede but has only disses for Clint.

- Bryan Whitefield would like to recommend you some music.
