What we've done: Aug. 2nd, 2010

- Simon Abrams is looking forward to the New York Film Festival's Centerpiece selection.

- Chuck Bowen set Survival of the Dead and the Crazies remake against one another, then thrashed the "well-meaning nonsense" that is Last Letters from Monte Rosa.

- Dennis Cozzalio had some very kind things to say about Ramona and Beezus, which puts me in the unexpected position of kind of wanting to see it now. (He was right about Speed Racer, after all...)

- Paul Clark's #20 of last decade is a very good choice.

- Craig Kennedy posted the trailer for Barney's Version, a film that features both Paul Giamatti and Philip Seymour Hoffman. (Alternate title: The Great 2010 Shlub-Off.)
